New York, New York — Thursday, March 19 — Integrate and auticon Training Institute (ATI), two leading nonprofit organizations in the neurodiversity field, today announced they are coming together to create a more comprehensive, end-to-end workforce ecosystem designed to expand access to meaningful employment for neurodivergent individuals while helping employers build sustainable, neuroinclusive practices.
The new company, Integrate-ATI, brings together Integrate’s deep expertise in employer partnerships, neuroinclusive hiring, onboarding, and workforce strategy with ATI’s scalable training, certification, and workforce readiness infrastructure. Together, the organizations will offer a unified model that supports neurodivergent talent and employers across the full employment lifecycle—from preparation and hiring to retention, performance, and long-term success.
“This is not about changing who we are,” said Marcia Scheiner, Integrate’s President and Founder. “It’s about strengthening what works. By aligning our complementary strengths, we can better serve neurodivergent individuals and the organizations committed to hiring and supporting them.”
Both organizations emphasized that existing client relationships, contracts, leadership teams, and confidentiality commitments remain unchanged. The integration is designed to expand capacity and impact—not replace or dilute the mission of either organization. Vance Checketts will serve as Chief Executive Officer of the combined organization, and Marcia Scheiner will assume the role of Chair of the Board.
ATI brings cohort-based training programs, technical and workplace-readiness education, certification pathways, and employer training that prepare neurodivergent individuals and organizations at scale. Integrate brings a strong employer-facing platform, placement pathways including internships and full-time roles, and ecosystem-building through initiatives such as Employer Connect.
The combined organization will address a longstanding challenge in the Neurodiversity Workspace: fragmentation. Employers have often had to work with multiple vendors for training, hiring, and support. This integration creates a single, aligned partner capable of preparing talent, preparing organizations, and ensuring successful outcomes for both.
“This field has matured to a point where strategic consolidation is needed to support scale, organizational depth, and long-term sustainability—so that meaningful, systemic change is possible,” said Vance Checketts, ATI CEO. “With a growing portion of Gen Z identifying as neurodivergent,” Checketts added, “employers are no longer asking whether neuroinclusive hiring matters, they’re asking how to do it well and how to do it at scale.”
Integrate-ATI plans on expanding its offerings over time, guided by evidence-based practices, strong governance, and a shared commitment to strengths-first, neurodivergent-affirming approaches.
