For Applicants

As an ATI trainee, your day will be focused on learning and developing both technical and soft skills to prepare for the workplace. You will spend around 30 hours per week engaged in semi-structured training sessions, which may include a mix of self-paced online learning modules and assignments. These activities will help you build a foundation in areas like coding, data analysis, communication, and teamwork.

Your training will include both independent work and collaborative exercises. For example, you might be assigned a technical project that challenges you to solve real-world problems using the skills you’ve acquired. While working independently on these tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a practical way, but you can also seek ongoing support from your instructors and mentors to ensure you’re on the right track.

Throughout the training program, you’ll receive feedback on your progress, and it’s important that you’re open to learning from that feedback and making improvements. You’ll also be expected to manage your time effectively, complete tasks within deadlines, and actively participate in group discussions or team exercises. As you approach the end of your training, you’ll be well-prepared to transition into an internship, where you can further apply what you’ve learned in a real-world setting.

As an intern, you’ll start your day by reviewing your assigned tasks and setting priorities. You will be working independently on technical projects, such as coding, data analysis, or automating processes, all of which you learned during your training with ATI. While you’ll be responsible for completing tasks on your own, ongoing support will be available from supervisors and the ATI team. You are expected to work a full 40-hour week for 3 months.

During your internship, you’ll often collaborate with team members, either through video calls, emails, or in-person meetings, depending on the nature of the internship. For example, you might participate in a team meeting to discuss the progress of a project, provide input, and receive feedback on your work. You’ll be expected to apply that feedback and make changes, ensuring your work meets the required standards.

In addition to working on your own projects, you may be asked to collaborate with colleagues from different departments. This will require effective communication and coordination to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Throughout your internship, you’ll be expected to manage your time well, complete tasks by the given deadlines, and continuously apply what you’ve learned from training to your daily responsibilities.
