As a Principal Consultant for Workforce Transformation at Pluralsight, Heather is a strategic thought partner across a global portfolio of industry leading companies and academic institutions. Prior to joining Pluralsight, Heather was the VP of Strategy, Change, and Communications for Zions Bancorporation and spent over a decade in the non-profit sector, most recently as the Sr. Director of Volunteer Strategy for United Way of Salt Lake.

Heather is passionate about increasing diversity in the workplace by supporting programs for first generation students, women returning to the workforce, women in tech, and people skilled through alternative routes. Her commitment to ATI’s work comes from seeing the lack of opportunities for her autistic brother growing up. She continues to advocate for change as a mother to a son who is on the autism spectrum.
