Sara Scott serves as AVP, Technology Workforce Strategy and Enablement at Nationwide, where she leads workforce strategy and partners with technology, Talent Acquisition, and HR leaders to recruit, develop, and deploy talent. Since joining Nationwide in 2005, she has held leadership roles across Talent Acquisition and Technology, including serving as Technical Director and Chief of Staff for Nationwide Financial Technology. A committed mentor and career development advocate, Sara regularly coaches professionals on resume writing, interviewing, self-assessment, and storytelling. In 2023, she received Nationwide’s Inspiration Award for her impact in helping associates advance their careers. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from The Ohio State University and serves on the Board of the Mt. Sterling Community Center.
